Moringa stumps: $50 for 3, plus postage

We have around 500 moringa trees on our farm, and most of them we grew from stumps. In our experience, a stump planted in the ground grows.

Each stump is cut about 400mm long and ready to plant, so you skip growing a tree from seed. Some come with roots and some don’t. Plant them straight in the ground. We wrap them and post them to you. If a stump doesn’t grow, we’ll send you another one, and you just pay the postage.

Moringa seeds: 25 seeds for $27.50, plus postage

How to plant

Seeds: put the seeds straight into a pot and cover them with soil, and they grow.

Stumps: put the stump halfway into the soil, about 200mm deep, and it takes. It’s best to put the stump in a pot first so it roots, then move the pot to its spot. I mostly just drill a hole, put the stump in, and it grows.
