What we collect. When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. When you create an account: your login details. When you join our email list: your email address. When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
What we use it for. To pack and post your order, to email you your order confirmation and tracking, to answer your questions, and — only if you have joined our list — to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
Payments. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. Their privacy policies apply to the payment step.
Postage. We share your name and delivery address with Australia Post to deliver your parcel.
Email. Our newsletters and order emails are sent through MailPoet and our mail provider. Your address is used for no other purpose and is never sold.
Cookies and analytics. Our website uses cookies needed for the shopping cart to work, and Google tools (Google Analytics via Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Our site is served through Cloudflare and hosted on WP Engine, which process visitor traffic to deliver the site securely.
Advertising. We run Google Ads. Google may use cookies to measure whether an ad led to a purchase. We do not run remarketing lists on this site.
What we never do. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing texts. We only email marketing to people who opted in.
How long we keep it. Order records are kept as required for Australian tax and consumer law. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
Security. Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to order information is limited to the business owner.
