Refund and Returns Policy

1) Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

3) Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Gift cards

Final sale / clearance items (if marked)

Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or accidents

Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable) once opened

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number

Photos/videos showing the issue

If approved, we will offer replacement or refund (our choice depending on stock and situation).

5) Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return (or after approval for damage claims).

6) Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged item), we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label (where available).

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any fees.

7) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank/credit card account again

Contact your payment provider

9) Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can help resolve issues quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account/order restrictions.
