We try to display product information accurately (descriptions, images, pricing).

Prices may change at any time.

We may limit quantities or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, error, or misuse.

3) Orders & payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is received and we accept your order.

If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded to the original payment method.

4) Shipping & delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather, or address issues.

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

5) Incorrect address / returned parcels

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, we may charge a reshipping fee or provide a refund minus shipping costs (where permitted by law).

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Businesses can’t take away consumer rights for faulty products, and “no refunds” style terms can be misleading.
